The only reason I took one star off was because some of the rods were slightly bent in different directions and the rack itself was slightly bent in the middle (probably due to the large size) but they were easily bendable back and the rack itself straightened out once I added a 3rd screw to it. There were only 2 screws provided but 3 holes so a 3rd screw would've been nice to keep it steady especially since it's such a long item that needs the extra support. No bigbiggie though. I would purchase again if I needed another. And I would recommend as well. It's a very nice item at a cheap price. It met our expectations and fit our needs. We're happy overall :)"

Installation of the towel rack was very simple, even for a person like myself who is not handy with tools. It comes with 5 screws and 5 plastic screw inserts. Just pick an empty space on the wall and hang the towel rack. It is that easy! I chose an empty wall in my bathroom to install the rack and the towel rack was a perfect size and length for that empty space. I was able to put 5 towels and 1 toilet roll on the towel rack and it felt very sturdy. This towel rack was a great way to help me organized my towels."
