Blast the Rebels with Darth Vader's TIE fighterTM! Straight from the original Star Wars movie, the TIE Advanced x1 is Darth Vader'sTM personal starfighter! Even faster than a standard TIE fighter, Vader's TIE is customized with bent wings, a deflector shield and a hyperdrive.

This Lego Star Wars set is featuring incredible movie-accurate details, flick-firing missiles, and the Dark Lord of the Sith himself, Darth Vader! The following is product reviews found online:

"I got this set for my birthday, and I was thrilled because I had really wanted a Darth Vader figure for my Lego collection. This set comes with one awesome Darth Vader figure that has a very detailed printed head and torso.

He also has a black cape and a fantastic helmet. He is equipped with a silver lightsaber hilt with a red blade. The TIE Fighter itself is a fairly complex build and when finished it looks very fast and intimidating. The TIE Fighter is equipped with an opening cockpit with a seat and controls for Darth Vader. The ship is outfitted with two flick-missiles (one on each side of the cockpit) that have a mechanism to shoot them.

The Fighter also has a holder for Vader's lightsaber behind the cockpit. Well, here are the basics of the set: The good things:
a) Darth Vader
b) Lightsaber
c) TIE Fighter
d) Mechanism to shoot the flick-missiles
e) Lightsaber holder
f) Opening cockpit
g) Printed cockpit control piece
h) Printed windshield piece

The bad things:
a) Stickers
b) Flick-missiles
d) Cockpit needs more controls
d) Vader can not fit in the cockpit with his cape on

Over all, I highly recommend this set. "
